How Lincoln PTA Funds Are Spent

The Lincoln PTA raises funds each year through our two major fundraisers -- the Walk-A-Thon in the Fall and the LobsterFest in the Spring. These funds help support programs benefiting Lincoln students, teachers, staff, parents and the Lincoln community. Below are a few examples of how Lincoln PTA Funds are spent. In recent years, PTA Funds have also paid for capital improvements such as new cafeteria tables in the MPR, a new play structure for the playground, new computers and iPads for the classrooms and new chairs for the MPR. The PTA gathers input from its members to identify ideas on how funds are spent each year and works with the principal, staff and district to determine feasibility.
