Welcome to Lincoln School!
Lincoln prides itself on being a community of learners focused on providing students the academic, civic, and social experiences necessary to prepare them for life in the 21st century. Through ongoing collaboration, the full Lincoln community supports Lincoln students as they strive to gain the skills necessary for their success. This team approach is built upon open and clear communication and an unwavering focus on what is best for all students.
This year Lincoln is focused on implementing the new Common Core Standards in both mathematics and literacy. In every classroom you will see our excellent teachers implementing curriculum and strategies aligned to the new standards. They are working on developing the skills and habits of mind necessary to ensure their students’ success. As Lincoln has grown, we are constantly striving to strengthen our school culture. During our Friday Pride Assemblies, as a full school, we celebrate our successes and join together to show our Lincoln Lion Pride. Lincoln is a place where we live the saying, “It takes a village” every day.
